Supplement & Herb Compatibility Check (Online Service)

A Chinese Medicine–informed review of the herbs & supplements you’re already taking

Many people are taking “all the right things”…

yet still feel bloated, inflamed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck.

In Chinese medicine, more herbs don’t equal more healing. More isn’t always better.

This service helps you understand whether what you’re currently taking is:

   •    Supporting your body

   •    Neutral

   •    Or quietly working against your constitution

What This Is:

A personalized, educational review of your current herbs and supplements through a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens.

This is not a prescription or diagnosis.

It’s designed for clarity, so you can stop guessing.

What I Review:

I look at your current herbs & supplements in relation to:

   •    Your symptoms

   •    Your digestion, energy, sleep, and stress

   •    Your body’s tendency (hot/cold, deficient/excess, stagnant/depleted)

From a TCM perspective, I assess:

   •    Warming vs cooling effects

   •    Drying vs moistening tendencies

   •    Tonifying vs dispersing actions

   •    Overlap or redundancy between products

What You Receive

You’ll receive a personalized review that includes:

  • What appears supportive for your body, or what may be aggravating symptoms

  • What to consider pausing or simplifying

  • What type of herbs or supplements may be more aligned (not brand-specific)

  • Why your body may be responding the way it is

You will receive a written review by me in return in an email.

🌿 Who This Is For

This is perfect if you:

   •    Feel overwhelmed by supplements

   •    Have tried “everything” with little change

   •    Experience bloating, fatigue, anxiety, inflammation, or body imbalances

   •    Want a Chinese medicine perspective without committing to long-term care (yet)
